CLASS SCHEDULES

As always, your safety is our top priority. Reservations are required for all classes and we are asking participants to arrive at 15-20 minutes prior to class start time so we have time to check all participants in. Upon check in, you will be required to participate in a temperature check using a touchless thermometer and a health screening, where you will be asked several Covid-19 related questions. Please read through all the updated Group Exercise Guidelines & Policies and What to Expect Upon Arrival information at thesay.org/group-ex. Learn more about the Outdoor Fitness Center Participation Policies here.

At this time, classes are available to active members only. New members are always welcome! If you elect to participate in any outdoor group exercise classes, you are granting us permission to reactivate your membership dues which have currently been on hold. Your membership will be prorated for the month from the first day you plan to attend a class. No guests or nationwide members are permitted to participate.

After you sign up for a class, here are just a few things you need to bring: your face mask, an exercise mat, lots of water and your happy healthy self. Rest assured, our YMCA staff will be regularly sanitizing and disinfecting all weights and equipment used for classes in between sessions. Members must bring their own water as there will be no access to water fountains. All outdoor classes/sessions are weather permitting. Members will only be allowed inside the YMCA building for emergency access to restrooms.

We ask you please read through all the updated Group Exercise Guidelines & Policies so you know what to expect upon arrival and if you are not feeling well, you please stay home and postpone your visit to the Y until you are better.

Interested in personal training? Learn more here. Find out the latest on all available programs and services at the Y at thesay.org/reopen.

Please note, all participants are required to sign our updated membership waiver online before participating in any Y activities. This only has to be completed once.
