For The Learning Circle YMCA, Learning Lane at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, All Before or After-School Programs:

– Login to your Smart Tuition Parent Portal

– Navigate to Related Links

– Click on Family Tuition Statement

For Summer Camp at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, Summit YMCA or Springfield Community Pool:

– Login to your YMCA Membership Portal

– Click on Dashboard

– Navigate to the Records tile

– Click on 2025 Year-End Child Care Statement

To Access Payment History

– Login with the email associated with your account here

– In your dashboard, go to the “Accounts” section, then the “Billing” section, and select “History”

– From there you can download invoices within custom date ranges
