AGING WELL

This special series for our active older adult community is designed to support strength, balance, overall wellness and feeling your best at every age.

InBody goes beyond the scale to provides a clearer picture of what you're made of, so you can better understand your physical progress over time.

LIVESTRONG

A free 12-week program supporting cancer survivors through small-group fitness, emotional support, and community helping participants regain strength and confidence after treatment.

PARKINSON'S FITNESS

Designed to support adults living with Parkinson’s disease, this evidence-based program offers fitness classes in a safe, structured setting to help enhance balance, strength, and overall quality of life.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one sessions with a certified trainer who customizes your workouts, teaches proper form, and keeps you motivated so you’ll see results, build confidence, and stay accountable.

PUPPY YOGA

Take a “paws” for self-care. Hosted in partnership and support of Home for Good Dogs Rescue, it's the perfect way to recharge your mind and body while enjoying the therapeutic presence of adorable puppies.

WELCOME WORKOUT

Complimentary support from a professional who will help you navigate the Wellness Center, introduce offerings that match your interests, and a personalized workout so you can begin with confidence.
