STRONG Nation® Party with Glowsticks

Join us Friday 9/9 for glowsticks & Zumba with Carolina!

Start the weekend with glowsticks at our STRONG Nation® ZUMBA PARTY! This special Zumba class features your favorite instructor Carolina H. playing Latin and World rhythms, while leading a fitness dancing class. Experience why Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. This pop-up class is sure to be a party to light up the night! All levels are welcome.

Reserve your spot on the SAY Mobile App or online class schedules.
