WELCOME WORKOUT

Whether you’ve been visiting often or are still looking for the right place to begin, we’re here to help.

If you haven’t completed your Welcome Workout yet, now is the perfect time. 

This complimentary one-on-one session with a fitness professional will help you get familiar with the Wellness Center equipment, discuss your exercise interests, and guide you through a sample workout to help build a routine that works for you.

It’s a great first step if you’re new to fitness, returning after some time away, or simply looking for guidance as you build momentum. 

During your Welcome Workout, we can assist you with:

  • Goal setting, identifying your “why” and what motivates you
  • An InBody assessment
  • Questions about equipment in the Wellness Center
  • Personalized sample workout and recommendations based on your goals
  • Review of our group exercise schedule and wellness program offerings
