LEARN MORE

We at the Summit Area YMCA are excited to have you join us again at our outdoor heated pool this summer! Our estimated dates of operation for 2021 are from Memorial Day through late September for you to enjoy quality leisure time with your family, lap swim, aquatic exercise classes, kiddie pool and playground, diving boards, summer camp, swim lessons, competitive swim, social events and more!

Active Summit Area YMCA members receive the benefit of reduced pricing versus non-Summit Area YMCA members. To receive member pricing, your YMCA membership must remain active through the end of your pool membership. If you are not an active member, we invite you to join either the Berkeley Heights YMCA or the Summit YMCA (now with a $0 Join Fee) so that you can take advantage of all that the Y has to offer plus reduced SAY member pricing for our outdoor pool!

Because we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive; financial assistance is available to individuals for whom the cost of membership is a burden.

On behalf of our Berkeley Heights YMCA staff, we look forward to enjoying a wonderful new year at the pool with you in 2021!

About the Summit Area YMCA
The Summit Area YMCA is one of the area’s leading 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. Founded in 1886, the Summit Area YMCA has a history steeped in working side-by-side with our neighbors to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income and background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Each year, we serve over 15,000 individuals with our free and fee-based programs and services in an area spanning the communities of Berkeley Heights, Gillette, Millburn, New Providence, Short Hills, Springfield, Stirling and Summit. Through the generosity of our members, donors, and partners, we are able to offer financial assistance for our programs and services to those with demonstrated need.
