Amended June 16, 2020 - As of yesterday, June 15, our daily schedule of LIVE virtual classes were phased out. Moving forward, we will focus on offering you LIVE outdoor classes (in our parking lots and on the Village Green). We encourage you to continue to access to our library of pre-recorded virtual exercise classes via our YouTube channel where, at your convenience, you can replay the classes we filmed in recent weeks or utilize Y partner resources found in the Virtual Workout Library.

Enjoy our growing library of on-demand virtual workout and exercise videos from the Y community and our fitness partners.
At this time The SAY Virtual Fitness Studio Facebook group is the only channel where we are broadcasting live classes. The Summit Area YMCA evaluated a number of different software and technologies to make this happen and decided on Facebook since the majority of our audience already uses it. Additionally there are a few legalities from our fitness partners with the type of classes we can offer as well as the music being used so it has to occur in a private environment which Facebook provides an easy option for. We will share communications if this changes in the future.
Until then, others may enjoy the variety of our on-demand virtual fitness options at www.thesay.org/virtual. We appreciate your understanding as we adapt to new ways of serving our members.
