Summer just got louder. The Summit YMCA is hosting a Les Mills Summer Mash-Up — four back-to-back new releases led by your rockstar instructors, all under one roof.
We’re bringing the hottest tracks of the season to one sweat-soaked morning. Come for your favorite class, stay for all of them.
The latest BODYPUMP release brings new music and updated movements while maintaining the proven structure that builds strength and muscular endurance. With several instructors teaching together, participants benefit from extra coaching on form and technique, helping both new and experienced members train with confidence.
This high-energy, non-contact martial arts workout returns with updated combinations and music that keep your heart rate up while improving strength, coordination, and endurance. Multiple instructors help guide technique, maintain intensity, and keep the class moving together from start to finish.
Combining strength, cardio, and core training, TONE returns with updated exercises that challenge balance and athletic movement. Multiple instructors provide options and progressions, making the class accessible while still effective for all fitness levels.
A clever mix of sculpt training, Pilates, and power yoga, all rolled into one. This full-body workout is low-impact, but high output. Small and controlled movements, modern beats, lots of burn. The perfect way to build strength without lifting.
Whether you’re a Les Mills regular or stepping on the floor for the first time, this is the morning.
Since group size is limited, reservations are required for all classes. Walk-ins and late arrivals will not be accepted. Reservations open one [1] week prior and close one [1] hour prior to class start time. Cancellations are accepted up to two [2] hours prior to class start time.
