About The Speaker

Jessamyn B. Tabakin is a master’s level Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Social Worker. She is a Rutgers University Aging and Health Fellow. Jessamyn is accredited in Advanced Care Planning from The National Association of Social Workers. In the past she has worked in multiple Hospice settings supporting patients and caregivers through end-of-life and Bereavement. As a member of the Overlook Bereavement consortium, she presents on Loss and Resiliency within the Atlantic Health system and surrounding communities.
