Swimming is not just for kids! The Summit Area YMCA offers a variety of swim programs and opportunities for members who are 18 and older. Whether that is lap swim, aquatic fitness classes, or monthly swim programs, you have the freedom to customize your swimming routine.
Join our Master Swim Program for adults 18 and over, who have the desire to improve their health, compete, or simply enjoy a low impact workout with some friends. Follow along each month with a certified and trained swim coach and instructor who will take you through effective swimming warmups, exercises, breathing techniques, and an energizing aquatics session!
This program will take place at the Summit YMCA Buntin Pool twice a week beginning 9/14.
Masters Swim is available for Summit Area YMCA Members and Non-Members. Registration is required.

Want to take swimming lessons with your infant? We offer parent-child swim lessons with children ages 9 months to 3 years! With a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences.
The Y's Seals Swim School hosts various youth swim lessons for all ages! Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning benchmark skills: Swim, Float, Swim and Jump, Push, Turn, Grab, etc. Sessions run September - June. Registration is required.
