Kick, box, and dance with our new high-energy and fast pace pop-up class. Looking to step outside of your regular routine? Cardio kickboxing is a good fitness choice for those looking to burn calories for weight loss, or to improve stamina and heart health. Enjoy new movements to various music styles in our Cardio Kickbox & Dance Jam class!

Combining kick boxing’s intensity, fight and attitude with music-inspired dance moves including hip-hop, rock, pop and everything in between. The most fun you’ll ever have moving your body while burning calories in this no-contact, free-flowing, judgment free zone, party atmosphere fitness class. Cardio, muscle toning and FUN will be had by all who attend.

Reservations open one [1] week prior and close one [1] hour prior to class start time. Cancellations are accepted up to two [2] hours prior to class start time.
