EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS (ERGs) AT SUMMIT AREA YMCA

At Summit Area YMCA, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a platform for staff to connect, collaborate, and support each other. These groups foster inclusivity and belonging, helping employees engage in meaningful conversations, personal growth, and professional development. We currently have several ERGs in place, and if you’re interested in starting a new one, please reach out to Trevor Cromwell.

If you are passionate about creating a new ERG group, don’t hesitate to contact Trevor Cromwell at trevor.cromwell@thesay.org to get started!

THE Y IS COMMITTED TO BEING AN ANTI-RACIST ORGINIZATION

The Y is Committed to Be an Anti-Racist Organization

In order to achieve our mission of empowering all people, especially the young to reach their fullest potential, the Y must become an anti-racist organization committed to educating ourselves, having hard conversations, reducing barriers, supporting staff, and unleashing potential for all.

We’re beginning by owning and acknowledging the truths of our past so we may all heal from the harm we have caused. We use this knowledge to inform the anti-racist and equitable future of the Y. Join us on our journey and review the steps we have taken and how you can get involved.
