Along with leading TRX, Arms & Abs, Full Body Strength, and Cardio Interval classes, I’m proud to work with the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Cancer Recovery Program. Supporting survivors through their recovery has been one of the most meaningful parts of my Y journey.
