Find your passion or try something new, no matter your schedule! Our Y offers 200+ weekly group exercise, aqua fitness and recreation classes as a benefit of membership. Whether you bike, dunk, swim, or dink, we’re proud to offer a variety of engaging activities to support your health and wellness needs in our group ex studios, gymnasium, and pools.

Taught by nationally-certified instructors, who bring their passion, expertise, and boundless energy to every class our schedule offers a wide variety of options to suit every interest and fitness level, from high-energy cardio and strength training to mind-body practices like yoga and Pilates. Join your community, find new inspiration, and discover the power of working out together.

Since group size is limited, pre-reservations are recommended for all classes. To view class schedules, group exercise class descriptions, or manage class reservations use the SAY Mobile App or visit our online schedules.
