TEEN CENTER

A SAFE & FUN PLACE JUST FOR TEENS

The Summit Area YMCA Teen Center is a vibrant, welcoming space designed just for students in grades 6–12. It’s more than just a hangout: it’s a safe and supervised environment where teens can relax, connect, and grow both socially and personally.

Open on weekdays during the school year, the Teen Center offers a variety of activities to fit every interest. Teens can complete homework in a supportive setting, challenge friends to pool or video games, or simply unwind and socialize after a busy day. In addition to casual fun, the center also hosts special programs, events, and workshops that encourage leadership, teamwork, and self-expression.

With caring staff and a strong sense of community, the Teen Center gives young people a place where they feel valued, included, and empowered to discover new interests, make lasting friendships, and develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
