LEADERS IN TRAINING

EMPOWERING OUR FUTURE LEADERS

The Leaders in Training (LIT) program offers teens a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow as role models for younger campers. Through weekly leadership workshops, practical training, and team-building activities, LITs prepare for future counselor roles while having fun. With evaluations like the Cooperman Scale and real-life volunteering experiences, the LIT program is the perfect stepping stone to becoming a future leader at Camp Cannundus.
