END OF YEAR CHILDCARE TAX STATEMENTS

You can download your end of year Childcare Tax Statements online! If you need assistance, or encounter issues accessing your account, please contact us.

For The Learning Circle YMCA, Learning Lane at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, All Before or After-School Programs:

  1. Login to your Smart Tuition Parent Portal
  2. Navigate to Related Links
  3. Click on Family Tuition Statement

For Summer Camp at the Berkeley Heights YMCA, Summit YMCA or Springfield Community Pool:

  1. Login to your YMCA Membership Portal
  2. Click on Dashboard
  3. Navigate to the Records tile
  4. Click on 2025 Year-End Child Care Statement
