We stand for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility — For a better us. We are committed to creating equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, age, disability, income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive culture in which our mission, core values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to everyday operations.
Our Staff
The Summit Area YMCA is an equal opportunity employer and offers generous employee benefits that vary for full-time and part-time positions. The YMCA also believes that a world-class organization driven to strengthen community requires highly trained employees. Therefore, we provide many professional development and safety training opportunities for our staff to gain the knowledge and skills they need to grow as leaders both inside and outside of the Y.
