September 30 is National Day of Remembrance (also known as Orange Shirt
Day) where Indigenous Peoples who have been (and/or continue to be) impacted by
residential boarding schools are honored and commemorated for their experiences.
Use this opportunity to encourage your staff and members to wear orange, and to
learn more about this observance.
