The SAY Olympic Challenge is an eight-week wellness journey designed to help you build strength, resilience, and healthy habits that last far beyond the finish line. Built around teamwork and consistency, this challenge provides the motivation and structure needed to elevate your fitness routine and pursue new personal bests.

The SAY Olympic Challenge is open to both members and non-members and is built around teamwork, consistency, and measurable progress. Participants will choose a Wellness Staff Team Captain who will lead them through a weekly team workout. Body composition and weight measurements must be witnessed by Health and Wellness Staff. All results will remain confidential. Participants will track points earned from daily exercise, team workouts, classes, and performance improvements using a provided Point Tracking Sheet, which must be submitted weekly to the Team Captain. Weekly weigh-ins with your Team Captain are mandatory.
For those looking for additional support, personal training sessions may be scheduled during the program. Participants can speak with Alice Stein or their Team Captain for pricing and availability.

Prizes will be awarded for first place, second place, third place, and a team prize. Specific prizes will be announced closer to the end of the challenge.
All participants will receive an official SAY Olympic Challenge T-shirt, along with the motivation and accountability that come from being part of a structured, team-driven wellness program.
A signed photo release is required for all participants.
Weekly participation and weigh-ins are required to remain eligible for scoring and prizes.
