Stress Awareness Month at the Summit Area YMCA

April is Stress Awareness Month, a time to pause, reset, and prioritize our wellbeing. We believe wellness goes beyond physical fitness. It includes caring for your mental and emotional health, finding moments of stillness, and building habits that help you manage the everyday pressures of life.

Throughout April, we are offering a variety of programs designed to help members relax, recharge, and reconnect. From mindful movement to community fitness events, each opportunity is meant to support a healthier balance for both mind and body.

Pink Moon Solstice

April 1 | Summit YMCA

Welcome the month with intention during our Pink Moon Solstice gathering. Inspired by the full moon that signals the arrival of spring, this event encourages participants to reflect, reset, and embrace the renewed energy of the season through guided movement and mindfulness.
