For many local children, growing up at the YMCA is synonymous with basketball. The Y is where their role models teach them how to work together, build their confidence, and become future leaders.
On Saturday, June 14, those role models come with a little extra star power as the Junior New York Knicks bring their training techniques to local kids at the Berkeley Heights YMCA.
Two sessions are available that morning:
10 AM to 11 AM for ages 5 to 7
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for ages 8 to 12
This free program is designed for kids between ages 5 and 12 of all skill levels. With help from the Junior New York Knicks, participants will not only learn how to dribble, pass, and shoot—they’ll learn how to listen, stay focused, and set goals. It’s all about practicing how to handle mistakes, try again, and support one another.
Spots are expected to fill up fast, so register your child today!
