Join the Excitement: Co-Ed Adult Volleyball League

Looking for a fun and competitive way to stay active? The Berkeley Heights YMCA, in partnership with the Madison Area YMCA, is launching an all-new Coed Adult Volleyball League! Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking to get back on the court, this league is the perfect way to enjoy the game, stay fit, and meet new people.

League Highlights

Game Format – 6 regular-season games, plus 1 playoff game and 1 championship game.
Game Schedule – Fridays from 6:30-8:30 PM, alternating between Berkeley Heights and Madison locations.
First Game – April 11 at Berkeley Heights; games continue weekly (with a bye on April 18 for Good Friday).
Practice Nights – Thursdays from 7:00-9:30 PM at Berkeley Heights.
Team Structure – 4+ teams, each with 6-10 players.

What’s Included?

6-8 weeks of games & practices
Official YMCA jersey
Experienced staff as line judges
Best-of-three match format:

  • First two sets to 25 points
  • Third set (if needed) to 15 points

Who Can Play?

This league is open to adults ages 21-100, making it the perfect place for players of all skill levels to compete, improve, and have fun.
