Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder 
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 6 spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 scoop power greens
  • 12 oz water
