Our feet are the foundation of our mobility, yet they are often the most neglected parts of our bodies. We rely on them daily for walking, running, standing, and other physical activities, but how often do we really think about foot health?
Healthy feet support our ability to walk, stand, and engage in physical activities. Additionally, our feet play a role in our balance and posture. Foot pain or discomfort can limit mobility, leading to a sedentary lifestyle with potential consequences like weight gain and cardiovascular issues. Regular care can prevent these issues and keep you healthy for a long time!
Luckily for you, we have two upcoming information sessions regarding foot health from renowned professionals, Dr. Donald DeFabio and Tammy Kantor. We also welcome the team at Fleet Feet, who will be available to answer questions about footwear during both sessions.
