Celebrate Strength This Mother’s and Father’s Day with the Summit Area YMCA

This spring, celebrate the strength, resilience, and wellness of the ones you love — or invest in your own wellness journey — with personal training opportunities at the Summit Area YMCA.

We believe fitness should be accessible, empowering, and supportive. That’s why, between May 1 and June 15, we’re offering special limited-time pricing on personal training packages to help you or your loved ones feel stronger, healthier, and more connected.

Special Spring Training Packages

To make it easier for you to prioritize your health goals or give the gift of wellness to someone special:

  • 12-session packages are available at a reduced rate for current and new clients.
  • New to Training Packages offer an affordable way for first-time clients to experience the benefits of working one-on-one with a personal trainer.

Whether you’re taking the first step on your fitness journey or continuing to build on your progress, our nationally certified personal trainers are here to guide, motivate, and celebrate your success.

While pricing has been reduced ($960 for 12 sessions, normally $1,020, and $200 for a 3-session starter pack, normally $250), the real story is the impact: stronger bodies, stronger families, and a stronger community.

Why Train at the Y?

When you invest in personal training at the Summit Area YMCA, you’re not just investing in yourself — you’re supporting programs that help youth, families, and seniors thrive. Every session helps us continue our mission of building healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

YMCA NEWS

SUMMIT AREA YMCA

BERKELEY HEIGHTS YMCA | SUMMIT YMCA | THE LEARNING CIRCLE YMCA

In 1886, we were founded as the Young Men’s Christian Association, but today, we are The Y; an association that values, and is made stronger by, its diverse people. We stand for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility — For a better us. We are committed to creating equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, age, disability, income, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religious affiliation. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive culture in which our four core values — responsibility, honesty, caring and respect — are integral to everyday operations.

Each year, as one of the area’s leading 501(c)3 charitable organizations, the Summit Area YMCA serves more than 15,000 individuals with our free and fee-based programs and services in an area spanning the New Jersey communities of Berkeley Heights, Gillette, Millburn, New Providence, Short Hills, Springfield, Stirling and Summit. Our history is rooted in working side-by-side with our neighbors to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Through the generosity of our members, donors, and partners, we are able to offer financial assistance for our programs and services to those in need.

Please note that the section of Maple Street closest to the Summit YMCA will be closed from approximately 7 AM to 11 AM on Sunday, May 5, for our Mother’s Day 5K. Please use Cedar Street to access the public lot that is next to our building.
