RENTAL FAQ

Rental space is reserved on an hourly basis. Pricing varies per room and YMCA membership status. Please refer to our standard pricing table above.

Rental space availability is based on current YMCA facility calendar and program schedules. Use the Rental Request form to start your inquiry or contact us to discuss availability for a specific date and time.

Pool rentals are open to public and private swim teams only with limited availability. Use the Rental Request form to start your inquiry or contact us to discuss availability for a specific date and time.

All groups are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up.

For gym rentals: basketballs, soccer balls, goals, cones, etc. can be provided (upon request).

  • Decorations (no confetti, glitter, sparkles, or piñatas)

  • Outside food (delivery permitted)

  • Non-alcoholic beverages only

  • Outside entertainment with approved COI

Please note, your submission of a rental request form opens an inquiry only. Rental space is not confirmed, reserved or finalized until a rental agreement is signed and a payment deposit is made. Based on your rental type a Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required. If required, the COI must be sent 2 weeks prior to the event date. A roster of attendees is required 1 week prior to the event date. All guests must sign our participation waiver prior to entry to any Summit Area YMCA property. The waiver can be completed in advance online at www.thesay.org/waiver

Parties availability is based on current YMCA facility calendar and program schedules. Use the Party Request form to start your inquiry or contact us to discuss availability for a specific date and time.

The YMCA will provide two 6-ft rectangular tables (for food, cake, favors), plus tables & chairs set up for guests in the party room. Groups are responsible for all other setup and clean up.

For gym parties, sports equipment like basketballs, soccer balls, goals, cones, etc. can be provided upon request. No structured sports activities are provided.
