EMLE is the Y's Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience dedicated to learning and professional development for multicultural staff. It's a great way to learn more about how you can grow within the Y and also meet Y professionals across the movement.

There are 6 national Y-USA recognized Employee Resource Groups that are organized to provide leadership development to staff in the YMCA movement, and more specifically, for career and personal development, networking, training, and mentoring. National Employee Resource Groups include the African American Resource Network, Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Network, Emerging Leaders Resource Network, Hispanic Latino Leadership Network LBTQ Resource Network, Women's Leadership Resource Network and YMCA Professional Network. We encourage you to engage with our members in this space and encourage others to join the group and discover ways you can get support the various networks as a member or an ally. These six Y-USA recognized Employee Resource Groups aim to advance our diversity, inclusion, and global initiatives by providing targeted support to underrepresented communities.
