Small group training is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Our nationally recognized certified trainers lead these groups focusing on individual strengths, goals and fitness levels of the participants. Participants are grouped by goals, experience levels and availability. While closed group sessions generally last four weeks, we also offer a few drop-in training classes, like intensified Indoor Rowing. Since group size is limited, registrations are mandatory and participants can sign up online.

Get your rowing on in our Indoor Rowing small group training demo! Indoor Rowing provides a full body, low impact cardio workout. Rowing is considered one of the top five calorie burning workouts. Participants can expect to burn up to 500-700 calories in one class!

Similar to the Adult MX4 small group training, Teen MX4 provides encouragement for youth to go beyond typical workout routines to build their strength, endurance and power to maintain their growing bodies, prepare for sports, and work out in an organized group setting.

This small group training is scheduled at the end of the day and will provide the option of personal training in a small group setting guided by one of our nationally certified personal trainers. Research suggests that working out in the evenings can increase physical capacity, aerobic capacity, and strength output by between 8% - 30%.
