how do i toggle between camps?

The fun part about camp at the YMCA, is the many options we offer! We understand that families may have multiple children enrolled in multiple camps. With the app, you will be able to view all of them! After logging in, you will be brought to the main page.

On the top-right corner of your screen, click the three-bar menu button. Click on My Camps, and you will see the camps your children are enrolled in. Please note, Parent-users are not added to a new camp until the Friday before camp starts, so you may not see all your camps when logging on for the first time.

To view your camp's information (description, locations, etc.), click on the name of the camp.
To view your camp's news, schedules, photos, and messages, click on the area that says "Participant" and "Stay Period".

I DON'T SEE MY CAMPS!

Parent-users are not added to a new camp until the Friday before camp starts, so you may not see all your camps when logging on for the first time. For example, all of our camps are organized by weeks and location. If your child is enrolled into Camp Cannundus Week 1 & 3. You may see Week 1's camp right away. But you may not be added to Week 3 until the Friday before camp begins.

If you have questions about camp enrollment, feel free to contact us by filling out this form

CAN MORE THAN ONE PARENT/rELATIVE HAVE ACCESS TO THE APP?

The Camp App will allow TWO users be logged in the App using the same login credentials. This will allow for a maximum of two parent/guardians to use the app at one time. If you want different family members to view the app someone can log out to get someone else logged in using your email and password. If you would like additional family members to have access, please email your camp site director to add them as a new parent-user.

CAN OTHER RELATIVES, GUARDIANS, NANNIES, BABYSITTERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE APP?

We understand that every situation is different, and adding essential people such as nannies, babysitters, and relatives who may otherwise be assisting you with your child over the summer can be added as a user on the camp app. . If you would like additional members to have access, please email your camp site director to add them as a new parent-user.

CAN I SAVE THE PHOTOS FROM THE APP?

Yes! Camps can upload picture galleries with all the great pictures they took at camp or on a trip. Pictures can be viewed and downloaded directly to your mobile device.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS AFTER CAMP ENDS?

When your camp is complete your camp administrator will inactivate your camp. By doing this, the Contact Us function will be disabled and you will not be able to contact your camp through the app. However, everything else will remain on the App for you to go back and view to see past camp memories. If your Camp Administrator needs to delete camps from their system, it will also be removed from your camps on the App as well. Please note, the SAY may remove or delete any past camps from the app without notice. We suggest users to download any content they wish to keep prior to camp ending.

Camps will also have the ability to continue to post on your past camps that have been deactivated to alert you when upcoming programs and registrations take place.
