SWIM: 10-minute lap swim (50 meter lane at the Berkeley Heights YMCA)
>> 10-minute transition time
BIKE: 30-minute stationary bike ride (Cycling Studio)
>> 5-minute transition time
RUN: 20-minute treadmill run/walk (Fitness Center)
