Punch, block, and kick your way to a healthier you! Our Martial Arts & Combat program includes a variety of classes that will provide you with the skills to defend and disable, increase your aerobic endurance, balance and coordination.

Learn the circular, flowing techniques of Aikido, a Japanese martial art, where you use your opponents' energy to overtake them. Try Tae Kwon Do and learn quick and powerful kick techniques, neutralize your opponents with the sweeping movements of Tai Chi, or box like a pro with the guidance of former Golden Gloves competitors!
