Pilates & Barre Workshop

You might just discover that Pilates & Barre are your next favorite classes! Whether you are new to fitness or have a strong fitness background, these mindful-centric classes will benefit both your body and mind.

We are very fortunate to have two amazing, extremely passionate, instructors who want to help you get the most out of your Pilates and Barre experience. If you’ve ever been curious about taking Pilates or Barre classes or want to further your love for them, then now is your chance to join us at our Pilates & Barre Workshop, November 12 at the Summit YMCA!

 

Our Pilates & Barre Workshop will break down the form and technique of the most fundamental elements of Pilates and Barre, providing a better understanding of their respective purposes as well as having the opportunity to get some more personalized attention. Our goal is to help you apply these fundamentals so that your experience is more effective, mindful, and most importantly attainable for your level.
