Primal Fitness at the YMCA is a fast, fun, and furious version of Crossfit. These classes are high intense workouts that are set to a clock. Your only competition in these workouts is yourself and pushing your limits. Prepare to challenge your endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, mental strength and coordination. Expert trainer will use all different kinds of equipment to make sure your body is getting the best workout that it can.
