TRX training makes use of special suspension straps or cables to create a low-impact workout using your own body weight as resistance. TRX classes focus on integrating cardio and strength into the workouts to help improve fitness and health while also building and toning muscle. Improve your balance, mobility, and flexibility while you challenge your body and mind in new areas with TRX! Small class sizes help instructors work with each participant individually for maximum growth and improvement.
