The Summit YMCA offers over 10 different types of water exercise classes weekly, providing you with numerous opportunities to enjoy full body workouts while eliminating impact and stress on joints. Water exercise can improve strength conditioning, muscle tone, flexibility and range of motion. It can also aid in physical therapy and help lessen arthritic pain.
Under the helpful, caring guidance of our Swim Instructors we are happy to offer a variety of water exercise options from intense cardio routines to more relaxing techniques that focus on breathing, balance, and flexibility.
