Water Exercise Classes

 

Join our Water Exercise Classes and learn to swim or enjoy a great low impact workout. Water exercise can also aid in physical therapy. Loosen up stiff joints or help lessen arthritic pain with the helpful, friendly guidance of our Swim Instructors. The Summit Area YMCA offers anything from intense cardio exercises to more relaxing exercises focusing on breathing, balance, and flexibility.
