Zumba® is an exciting fitness class inspired by Latin dance. Zumba consists of Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. The name Zumba is derived from a Spanish word meaning “buzz like a bee and move fast!”

Around the globe more than 12 million people in 125 countries are movin' and groovin' to the dance party exercise! Zumba Fitness is a high-energy whole-body aerobic exercise that uses up a lot of energy and burns calories through dancing. Zumba can improve your flexibility, since there's so much movement involved, and it can help to strengthen your core. Since you'll burn an average of 369 calories in one class, it's also an ideal way of aiding in weight loss or maintenance.
