Indoor Cycling

 

With invigorating music, a fun atmosphere and a bike, indoor cycling is an intense full body workout where you can burn up to 900 calories per class! Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout in any of our indoor cycling classes. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide and motivate you through the class. Studies have found that indoor cycling can help shed unwanted pounds and potentially ward off migraines, while keeping impact on joints to a minimum.


Classes use stationary bikes to simulate techniques professionals use to train for various terrains such as mountains, long flat rides, sprints and even strength and endurance. All levels are welcome! Please remember to bring a towel and water bottle, and have fun!
