BFIT is a FREE 4 week Beginner Fitness program aimed to help you get healthier by having a BFIT Coach work with you to develop a plan in achieving your short term fitness goals and helping you turn them into a long term, healthy lifestyle.
We’ll provide structure and accountability to your workouts by helping you develop achievable goals, overcoming personal barriers, keeping track of your activities and introducing new options in the fitness center to help you on your wellness journey.
Your BFIT coach will be your guide and resource to help you achieve your highest potential!
Your BFIT coach will help you develop an action plan based on your exercise history and goals, answer questions you might have and help you get familiar with our facility and a variety of fitness center equipment.
Now that you’ve been exercising, it’s time to review your progress. Your coach can discuss concerns you might have, while introducing new fitness equipment for you to use.

You’ve gained the tools and tips to get healthier, and this last meeting will help finalize a strategy for your continued healthy lifestyle! We’ll help you set long term goals and develop a strategy to achieve them.

BEGINNING GROUP EXERCISE - A variety of formats using basic moves with free weights, bands, balls, body weight, etc.
CARDIO ZONE AND TONE - All levels are welcome for a cardio and weight full body workout.
ENHANCE FITNESS® - Low impact cario, strength and flexibility class geared toward older adults but open to all.
GENTLE YOGA - Focus on proper alignment and breath as you move into different poses
JOYFUL FITNESS - Low impact aerobic dancing and stretching.
Since group size is limited, pre-reservations for group fitness classes are strongly recommended. Reservations are available - two weeks prior to class - through the SAY Mobile App or our Online Schedules tab.
