Our Y strengthens the fiber of our community through trainings that include CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard, Water Safety and Child Abuse Prevention that improve the health, safety and well-being of others. Trainings also help participants find employment.
Adult Programs are appropriate for all adults ages 18 and up. Choose from a large variety of wellness options including group exercise, personal training, adult sports, swimming and more. Directed by nationally certified trainers, this program will meet 2x a week for 12 weeks to focus on cardiovascular exercise, build muscle strength and work on flexibility in a small group non-medically supervised setting. The program is open to anyone wishing to improve or maintain cardiovascular health, whether or not they have had a cardiac event.
