Virtual Workouts

We know that staying fit and active are key components to a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress, prevent illness and build a strong immune system. While we would love to see you at the Y, we honor and respect if you are unable to join us in-person at this time. As an advocate for healthy living regardless of circumstance, the Summit Area YMCA has created a brand new Virtual Fitness Studio as a benefit to your membership that provides you with a variety of online exercise options for you to complete your workout, your way -- whenever and wherever you choose!

Our virtual fitness studio includes a growing library of on-demand workout videos with new fitness classes added weekly from your favorite instructors at the Y, that you can search through by category, instructor, intensity, target area and more.


The SAY Virtual Fitness Studio is hosted on a private platform for Summit Area YMCA members only. Members should have received an email invitation with login instructions on how to access the new SAY Virtual Fitness Studio to the primary email address on your membership unit. If you are a Berkeley Heights YMCA or Summit YMCA member and did not receive your login information, are having trouble with your password, or have other questions, please contact us here.

Apple TV users can use AirPlay or Screen Mirroring to cast the videos onto their TV from other Apple devices via Safari.

The YMCA is not a medical organization and its instructors or staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while viewing YMCA videos. Nothing contained herein should be constructed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.
