Having trouble logging in? With so many usernames and passwords these days it's easy to lose track of what's what. Let's get started by identifying what you're trying to do at the Y and where you are trying to login based on the information provided below!
Please note, each of the below mentioned applications requires a separate login and password.
Register for YMCA programs online, make changes or payments to your membership account, view your payment and transaction history, manage and update your information (name, address, billing information, etc.) and print receipts.

Please note, there are some known issues with the reset password link on Safari web browsers. If you're using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc.), please copy the reset password link from your email and open it in another web browser -- such as Edge, Chrome or Firefox. Once you have changed your password, you can return to the Login screen and sign into your account using the new password.
Our online schedules allow you to view class availability and reserve your spot in group fitness classes, lap swim and more right on our website. An account is required to create reservations for classes. This is a separate login from the SAY Mobile App (see below).
Use the SAY Mobile App to check-in to the Y, make reservations for group fitness classes and lap swim, track your workouts, join fitness challenges, earn rewards, receive important facility notifications and more -- all within just the click of a button on your mobile device! This is a separate login from our website schedules (see above).
RESET YOUR PASSWORD
To reset your password, open the SAY Mobile App on your device and click on the Forgot Password link on the home screen. You will receive a temporary password via email. Use the temporary password to login and you can then update your password in your profile. You will need to enter the temporary password as the "Old password" when asked, then you can enter a new password.
The SAY Virtual Fitness Studio is hosted on a private platform for active members only where you can access our growing library of on-demand workout videos from your favorite instructors at the Y and participate in live fitness classes. Members were sent an invitation email that included a link to create an account. If you are a Summit Area YMCA member and did not receive your login information, are having trouble with your password, or have other questions, please click the button below to contact us.
