Are you tired of feeling stiff and sore after your workouts? Do you struggle with flexibility and mobility issues? Are you looking for a new way to recover after your workouts and prevent injuries? Look no further than the Foam Roller Stretch and Recovery Pop-Up Class at the Berkeley Heights YMCA on March 25 from 11AM-12PM.
Foam Rolling is an effective form of self-massage or myofascial release that can help loosen tight muscles and trigger points that occur when contracted muscles fail to fully release. By using a foam roller, you can enhance your flexibility, maintain your body's youthfulness, prevent injuries, and relieve stress - all at the same time!
During this Pop-Up Class, we'll provide you with a foam roller to use in a series of stretching and foam rolling exercises led by our experienced instructors. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll be able to benefit from this class.
If you're wondering why stretching and foam rolling are so important, check out our article on Why Foam Rollers are Awesome & Why You Need To Stretch. You'll learn about the numerous benefits of stretching and how foam rolling can help to relieve muscle soreness and tension. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take care of your body and improve your fitness routine. A foam roller will be provided for you to use in this class, so all you need to do is bring yourself with an open mind! We can't wait to see you there.

We are committed to creating equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, age, disability, income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive culture in which our four core values — responsibility, honesty, caring, and respect — are integral to everyday operations.
