Revitalize Your Spirit: Yoga & Sound Healing

Stop, breathe and HEAR THE SOUND

We are excited to offer a unique and transformative yoga and meditation workshop led by Noelle, a certified yoga instructor, and sound healing practitioner. Join us on Sunday, March 19th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for our Yoga & Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation Workshop at our Berkeley Heights location.

In this class, you'll begin by opening up your body with breath and movement, preparing you for the deeply relaxing tones of crystal singing bowls. The calming sounds of the bowls entrain the mind and body back to a harmonious state and induce a deep state of relaxation. You'll then transition into a comfortable position on the floor for a guided meditation.

Noelle is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance RYT and holds a certification from The Center of Light in "Experimental and Cognitive Practices in Sound, Healing and Consciousness". She also holds certifications to teach Kids Yoga and Yin Yoga. You can trust that you are in capable hands with Noelle guiding you through this workshop.

This Yoga & Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation is open to both members and non-members, with a cost of $15 for members and $25 for non-members. We want everyone to experience the benefits of this workshop, so we've made it affordable for all.

SUMMIT AREA YMCA

BERKELEY HEIGHTS YMCA | SUMMIT YMCA | THE LEARNING CIRCLE YMCA

In 1886, we were founded as the Young Men's Christian Association, but today, we are The Y. An association that values and is made stronger by, its diverse people. We stand for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility — For a better us. We are committed to creating equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, age, disability, income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive culture in which our four core values — responsibility, honesty, caring, and respect — are integral to everyday operations.

Each year, as one of the area’s leading 501(c)3 charitable organizations, the Summit Area YMCA serves more than 15,000 individuals with our free and fee-based programs and services in an area spanning the New Jersey communities of Berkeley Heights, Gillette, Millburn, New Providence, Short Hills, Springfield, Stirling, and Summit. Our history is rooted in working side-by-side with our neighbors to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Through the generosity of our members, donors, and partners, we are able to offer financial assistance for our programs and services to those in need.
