Squat Until You Drop Spring Challenge

Attention all fitness enthusiasts! The Summit Area YMCA is excited to announce our upcoming Spring Squat Challenge, which will run from March 1st to March 31st. This is an excellent opportunity for members to challenge themselves and take their fitness to the next level!

The Spring Squat Challenge is simple yet effective. All participants will need to complete a particular squat and a designated number of reps each day as shown on the calendar. We have designed the challenge to be suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, you can participate and see great results.

But that's not all! We want to motivate and reward our participants for their hard work, so all individuals who complete the challenge and submit their completed form will be entered into a raffle to win a complimentary 45-minute personal training session with one of our highly qualified trainers. Imagine having a personalized workout plan designed specifically for you, based on your goals, fitness level, and preferences. This could be just the boost you need to take your fitness to the next level.

To ensure that all participants complete the challenge correctly, a Floor Supervisor in the Fitness Center or a Group Ex instructor in the studios will need to supervise while the squats are being completed. This will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have or receive feedback on your technique.

So what are you waiting for? Sign up for our Spring Squat Challenge today and see the incredible changes that you can make in just one month. Let's work together to achieve our fitness goals and become stronger, healthier versions of ourselves. We can't wait to see you at the Summit Area YMCA!
