Combining kick boxing's intensity, fight and attitude with music-inspired dance moves including hip-hop, rock, pop and everything in between. The most fun you'll ever have moving your body while burning calories in this no-contact, free-flowing, judgment free zone, party atmosphere fitness class. Cardio, muscle toning and FUN will be had by all who attend.
