This unique evening yoga class rejuvenates and restores the body while relaxing and harmonizing your mind through the essence of healing plants and their aromas!
This *NEW CLASS* will be offered 2x per month at the Berkeley Heights YMCA & Summit YMCA. Members and guests can use the provided oils or bring their own. If you are allergic to specific aromas or fragrances, please let the instructor know prior to class.
