Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with loads of repetition, this class gives you a total body workout for results you can feel. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Punch and kick your way to fitness, release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ! Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy non-contact martial arts-inspired workout. Learn moves inspired from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira.

Reservations open one [1] week prior and close one [1] hour prior to class start time. Cancellations are accepted up to two [2] hours prior to class start time. Please note that the Hurst Pool at the Summit YMCA will be closed on Sunday, March 31, 2024 and will reopen on Monday, April 8, 2024 due to regularly scheduled maintenance. Group Ex Pro will reflect amended aquatics schedules.
