Strength & Stretch combines the pulse-and-hold elements of a barre practice with variations of planks, bridges, squats and lunges to strengthen the core and more. Dynamic stretching will be woven throughout this mindful practice!

The TRX RIP Trainer™ combines a resistance cord and weighted bar, creating an asymmetric load for explosive core and cardio training. The TRX RIP Trainer™ targets agility, balance, conditioning, and rotational force.

Joy with Sharon includes 15 minutes of upper body strength training; followed by 30 minutes of low impact choreographed dance consisting of an assortment of dance styles including the Cha Cha, Mambo, Merengue and more!

This high energy cardio and strength workout includes circuit training stations of weights, cardio and core work!

Summit YMCA, Yoga Room
Vinyasa Yoga links and connects movements through breath exercises. The class begins with a centering philosophy and an intention to create focus for practice, moving into sun salutations and vigorous sequencing. Class will end with savasana and a final relaxation.

Berkeley Heights YMCA, Group Ex Studio
This 45 minute class is formatted with three different blocks of focus - each block contains one minute of upper body, one minute of lower body, and one minute of core that is repeated three times.

This cycling class focuses on strength, speed and endurance. An energizing workout that is sure to raise your heart rate!

Enhance Fitness is an evidence based group exercise program taught by certified Enhance Fitness instructors. The program enhances strength, balance and flexibility through dynamic cardiovascular exercise and strength training to help adults lead stronger, healthier lives.
