We are so excited to announce our reopening of The Learning Circle YMCA Child Care Center on June 15 and the start of summer camp on July 6! Please know, keeping our children safe remains our #1 priority. We will be operating these programs in a limited capacity with many new protocols and safety measures under guidance from local and state health authorities.
We are anticipating the Berkeley Heights Community Pool at the YMCA to open sometime in early July. As for our gyms, we are awaiting approval to open from state and local authorities. In the meantime, we are very busy getting our facilities, programming and staff ready for the day we can welcome you back safely.

FEEDING SUMMIT'S FAMILIES
Since 2017, the Summit Area YMCA has worked in collaboration with the Junior League of Summit and the Community Food Bank of New Jersey to provide supplemental food packs to over 140 students and their families in the Summit School system. With schools closed and unemployment on the rise, even more families within our community are facing food insecurity. Again the Y has stepped up to assist coordinating with our volunteers to pack and distribute over 400 bags of groceries every week.
